David Lainchbury is the Vice President of Sourcing & Supplier Development for the Dannon Company and a member of the Dannon Executive Committee. David is responsible for the development and implementation of sourcing strategies for all materials and services purchased in the United States.

David joined Dannon in January 2006 as Senior Director, Raw Materials & Packaging. Prior to joining Dannon, David held positions in Engineering , R&D and Purchasing in Europe & North America during his progressive career with Masterfoods until attaining his last position as Commercial Director for Packaging for the Petcare & Food Businesses in North America.

David holds a degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Bedford College.

David enjoys playing golf with friends and soccer for his local team in New York. He is married to Allison and they have two girls, Brittany & Alexis.
