Eric O'Toole
Senior Vice President Sales The Dannon Company, Inc.
Eric F. O'Toole is the Senior Vice President Sales for The Dannon Company, Inc., as well as a member of the Dannon Executive Committee Team. Eric is responsible for leading Sales strategy and resource allocation, including the strengthening of customer partnerships and the development of new business opportunities.
Eric joined The Dannon Company in 2003, as Senior Director Marketing. In 2005, Eric took an international assignment as Vice President Marketing for Danone (Dairy) Poland and Baltic countries, living in Warsaw with his family for two and a half years. He rejoined Dannon in mid-2007 as Vice President Business Development, where he rebuilt the Away-From-Home business model and advanced the company's interests in the new venture and M&A areas. He was appointed Sr. Vice President Sales in January 2009.
Eric began his career with The Nabisco Foods Group in 1991, which was acquired by Kraft Foods in 2000. He became Brand Director following successive brand management positions in a range of product categories that included margarine, ready-to-eat cereal, cookies and crackers. Eric also enjoyed cross-functional assignments in Sales, including regional marketing management, customer team leadership, and category management.
Eric holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from New York University and a B.A. in International Relations from The College of William & Mary in Virginia. He has three children, enjoys coaching, golf, tennis, skiing, being a NY sports fan, collecting antique posters, and re-learning the saxophone!
