Ken Strick is the Vice President of Legal Affairs and General Counsel, Danone North America and a member of the Dannon Executive Committee. Ken is responsible for providing legal advice and counsel to all Danone US and Canadian based businesses across Dairy, Water, Baby Nutrition and Medical Nutrition.

Prior to joining Groupe Danone, Ken was with Royal Numico NV where he served as Vice President and General Counsel for Numico’s North American subsidiaries since 2003. Previous to this role, Ken was Vice President, Legal Affairs and Assistant General Counsel for Rexall Sundown, another former subsidiary of Numico.

Ken graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a Member of the Law Review, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Following law school, Ken began his professional career as the Law Clerk to The Honorable J.P. Vukasin, Jr., U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, and then continued in private practice at several prominent law firms.

Ken is an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Miami Hurricanes, and enjoys playing golf, scuba diving and traveling.
