Vice President of Human Resources
The Dannon Company, Inc.

Tony Cicio is the Vice President of Human Resources for Dannon, as well as a member of the Dannon Board of Directors. Tony is responsible for managing the business alignment and performance of human resources, recruitment, total compensation and benefits, talent development and internal communications across the organization.

Tony joined Groupe Danone in 1995 as the Controller for Lea & Perrins, Inc and was promoted to VP Finance. In 2001, he became VP Finance of HP Foods responsible for their global finance and IS teams. In 2004, he served as the VP Finance for Evian North America. In January 2005, he was made CFO of The Dannon Company and VP Finance, Dairy North America. In 2008, Tony was named Vice President of Human Resources for The Dannon Company.

Prior to joining Groupe Danone, Tony held a variety of positions in the international division of American Cyanamid Company. His career started at Deloitte & Touche.

Tony graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and minor in Business Administration. He also has a Graduate Certificate in Information Systems Management from the Stevens Institute of Technology. Tony enjoys hiking and skiing.
