Buffalo Chicken Party Dip

Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cup Dannon® Plain Nonfat Yogurt
  2. 8 ounces low-fat cream cheese, softened
  3. 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  4. 1/4 cup hot sauce
  5. 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  6. 2 scallions, sliced
  7. 1 large egg
  8. 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Combine yogurt, cream cheese, blue cheese, hot sauce, and parsley in a medium bowl
  3. Stir in chicken, then place mixture in 1-quart baking dish
  4. Bake 25 minutes or until heated through.
  5. Serve with dippers such as celery sticks, baby carrots, and whole-grain crackers
