Buffalo Chicken Party Dip
Yields:  4 cups
Serving Size:  16 appetizer servings (2 ounces each)
Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup Dannon® Plain Nonfat Yogurt
  • 8 ounces low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 scallions, sliced
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
Direction

Preheat oven to 350°

Combine yogurt, cream cheese, blue cheese, hot sauce, and parsley in a medium bowl

Stir in chicken, then place mixture in 1-quart baking dish

Bake 25 minutes or until heated through.

Serve with dippers such as celery sticks, baby carrots, and whole-grain crackers
