For a streamlined base for soups, casseroles or cooked sauces, add 2 tablespoons
all-purpose flour to each cup of DANNON Plain yogurt.

To make a great spread for a pita chicken or turkey sandwich, mix 1 cup DANNON Plain
yogurt with 1 diced plum tomato, 1/4 cup scallions and a touch of chopped mint or

Use yogurt cheese instead of cream cheese! To make yogurt cheese, line a colander
or large strainer with a coffee filter. Place the colander or strainer in a large
bowl. Spoon DANNON Plain yogurt into the lined colander. Cover and place in the
refrigerator and let drip for 24 hours to form yogurt cheese. One pint of yogurt
yields about one cup of cheese.
